On Monday 21/09/2026 the Clementswood SNT and Loxford SNT were flagged down by two female from London and Quadrant of a female who has climbed the scaffolding walking on the edge of the three block flats. Officers attended completing area search of the area no trace of the female. Officers asked resident if they have seen a female climbing the scaffolding but resident informed officers “The female came down and has walked away towards Ilford Lane” PC called the London Fire Brigade who came on scene climbed the scaffolding to check if the female may still be on the roof. London Fire Brigade officer confirmed the roof is clear. PC also called the Barking and Dagenham council to inform them of the risk of the scaffolding with ladders left on scene. The health and safety executive of Barking and Dagenham have been notified who will be investigating the danger and risk.
